1st Action Services offers showcase carpet and upholstery cleaning services to its insurance clients and their customers. We help mitigate claims by cleaning and restoring carpets and upholstery which might otherwise be replaced. Prior to our hot water steam cleaning process, dirt, grease, ink, rust and/or smoke residue is removed from carpet and upholstery with a prespray and spot treatment. Our technicians then use a truck mounted steam cleaner which enables us to quickly and efficiently clean the carpet. We will move furniture when cleaning carpets, where necessary, and place it in its original location (using plastic carpet protectors) after finishing the steam cleaning process. Our experts are trained to repair carpet, stretching and patching it, and even dye it, if requested.
