1st Action Services provides large volume dry cleaning and laundering services for insureds whose personal clothing and other fabric items have been affected by smoke and/or water. Our service differs from many dry cleaning and laundering facilities in that we incorporate an ozoning step into our process. Ozoning removes smoke and other odors from fabric which would otherwise be "sealed in" during the dry cleaning process and become almost impossible to remove. This is how our service works...our specialists pick up clothing from the insureds premises and inventory/tag all items for tracking purposes. Then the fabric items are laundered or dry cleaned as appropraite, folded, pressed, hung, and stored until it is time to move them back.
