When fire, smoke, and/or water damage affects a property's structure, it is often necessary to remove
all personal belongings while the repairs are being made.
1st Action Services handles all aspects of moving contents from
inventory, to packing, moving, and storing them. And, if cleaning
and restoration of the insureds belongings is required, that is
handled after the move out. Cleaned items are then repacked
in clean boxes and/or plastic wrapped and placed in our
26,000 s.f. state-of-the-art warehouse for storage.
At the time of contents pick up, 1st Action Services creates
a "first delivery" list with the insured. This list identified
items that need to be returned as soon as possible. These items
are handled right away and brought back to the insured as quickly
as possible. |
